Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
